Onesta Vastgoed & Makelaardij and VBO take privacy extremely seriously and consider it entirely natural to handle personal data with care. Onesta Vastgoed processes your data carefully and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We take the necessary care to secure our systems and keep them safe. We do our utmost to protect against unauthorised use, unauthorised access, modification and unlawful destruction of data.

In the context of our services it is necessary for us to request and store certain information. This data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose for which it was requested. If you have provided your data in connection with a service we provide, it will only be shared with third parties (such as notaries, other agents, etc.) to the extent necessary for the performance of the relevant service.

In order to provide the best possible service to all VBO-affiliated agents, Onesta also shares its data with VBO. VBO uses this data for the following purposes: ensuring that all VBO agents have a current inventory of sold and available VBO properties; placing such VBO properties on affiliated listing sites; maintaining a database to enable valuations and property assessments, as well as gaining insight into market trends and developments in the real estate market. This data is retained for an indefinite period given the scope and purpose.

If you would like to know what data Onesta Vastgoed & Makelaardij holds about you, you can submit a subject access request by letter or email. VBO does not process names or other directly identifying data. If you wish to know what data VBO processes, you can ask us and we will ensure you receive a response as soon as possible. For amendment or deletion of your data, you can send us a substantiated letter or email. We will fulfil your request as soon as possible, unless we are legally required to retain such information.
